1. Service Purpose
A5 Viajes a tu Medida acts as an intermediary between the client and tourism providers (airlines, hotels, operators, insurers, etc.), providing advice, design, and booking of personalized travel services.
2. Agency Responsibility
- A5's responsibility is limited to managing bookings and coordinating contracted services.
- Services (flights, hotels, insurance, transfers) are executed by external providers under their own terms and conditions.
- The agency is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, or non-compliance directly attributable to providers.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Reservations are only confirmed after payment of the agreed amount.
- Prices are subject to availability and variation until confirmation.
- Payments can be made via transfer, card, or methods enabled by A5.
4. Changes and Cancellations
- Conditions for changes, returns, or refunds depend on each provider (airline, hotel, operator).
- A5 will inform in advance the penalty or flexibility policies for each service.
- In case of cancellation by the client, provider conditions and agency administrative fees will apply.
5. Travel Documentation and Requirements
The client is responsible for having:
- Valid passport or ID.
- Visas, special permits, or vaccines required by the destination country.
A5 can provide guidance but is not responsible if the client fails to meet immigration or health requirements.
6. Travel Insurance
- Travel assistance insurance is recommended.
- A5 offers alternatives, but acceptance and coverage depend on the insurer.
7. Confidentiality Policies
- Clients' personal information will be handled according to the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733, Perú).
- It will be used only for trip management and not shared with third parties except providers related to the contracted service.
8. Liability Limitations
- A5 is not responsible for accidents, baggage loss, or force majeure situations.
- Additional expenses generated by client decisions outside the contracted itinerary are not covered.
9. Service Modifications
The agency reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, duly informing clients.
